This past weekend we celebrated a friend's birthday at the beach and wanted to add an interesting twist to a typical potluck beach bbq...so each guest was asked to bring their own kabob to share. This was my contribution - an antipasto kabob with salami, provolone cheese, marinated artichokes, cheese-filled tortellini, black olive and topped with a cherry tomato.
